As a first-generation college graduate, I experienced firsthand the transformative power of education. Growing up in the streets of South Los Angeles, I understood early on that education was a pathway toward breaking cycles of poverty, building self-sufficiency, and creating long-term opportunities.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and my master’s degree in School Counseling from University of Southern California (USC). I am also a certified college counselor, having completed my College Counseling Certificate through University of California, Los Angeles.
As an experienced educator and school counselor, I have supported and guided countless students as they develop post-secondary knowledge, complete college and financial aid applications, and prepare for life after high school. This work has reinforced my belief that all students deserve access to clear, accurate, and equitable guidance, regardless of background or circumstance.
Today, I feel both a duty and an obligation to continue serving my community by ensuring students understand their opportunities beyond high school. I have intentionally built a team of certified educators and counselors who share aligned values, similar lived experiences, and a deep commitment to student success.
Together, we are dedicated to serving our clients with care, intentionality, and integrity—supporting students and families as they make informed, confident decisions about their post-secondary futures.
