This comprehensive series of workshops helps students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to successfully transition from high school to college, career training, military service, or the workforce.
Instruction in Self-Advocacy
Individuals receive instruction in self-advocacy skills to help them communicate effectively, understand their rights and responsibilities, and confidently navigate academic and post-secondary environments.
Job Preparation Education
We support individuals in developing workforce readiness skills, including resume development, interview preparation, professional communication, and understanding workplace expectations. Upon completion of the program, individuals will have the opportunity to earn a GRM Work-readiness Badge.
