Guadalupe Ramos

Guadalupe Ramos was born and raised in South Los Angeles and is passionate about helping individuals successfully navigate life after high school. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge and later obtained her Master’s degree in School Counseling from University of Southern California.

Through her educational background, community roots, and person-centered approach, Guadalupe is dedicated to empowering individuals with the skills, confidence, and support needed to transition into college, career, and independent living. She is committed to continuing to serve and uplift her community through meaningful transitional services that promote long-term success and personal growth.

Outside of her professional work, Guadalupe enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She also loves shopping, and although she tries her best to resist, chips are definitely her weakness! Her warm personality, relatable nature, and dedication to helping others allow her to build genuine connections with the individuals and families she serves.

Hilda Ramos

Hilda Ramos is a dedicated and compassionate professional who is passionate about helping individuals navigate their educational and life transitions with confidence. She earned her bachelor’s degree from University of California, Santa Barbara and later obtained her master’s degree from Antioch University.

As a proud mom, Hilda understands the importance of support, encouragement, and building meaningful connections with families and individuals. Her caring personality and commitment to empowering others are reflected in the work she does every day.

Outside of her professional role, Hilda enjoys expressing her creativity through crafting, especially making unique handmade earrings. She also loves capturing special moments through photography and can often be found with her camera in hand enjoying life’s little details. Her warm spirit, creativity, and dedication make her a valued part of the GRM Transition Services team.
